Refund Policy

We want customers to feel comfortable purchasing from Grandshop. This policy explains how refund requests for our downloadable products are handled.

Digital delivery

Our products are delivered electronically. There is no physical item to ship back, and we do not offer physical returns or exchanges. If you cannot locate your order or open a purchased file, please check the email address used at checkout and contact us so we can help restore access.

14-day refund period

You may request a refund for an eligible purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Requests received after this period may be declined unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

To request a refund, email digitalebooks49@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used at checkout; and
  • A short description of the reason for the request or any problem experienced.

Eligibility and review

Each request is reviewed individually. A refund may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, repeated abuse of the policy, unauthorized reproduction or distribution of a product, or another violation of our Terms of Service. This does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We submit the refund promptly, but the time needed for the credit to appear depends on the payment processor or financial institution. If the refund has not appeared 10 business days after our approval confirmation, contact us at digitalebooks49@gmail.com.

Incorrect, missing, or inaccessible files

If an item is missing, corrupted, materially different from its written description, or inaccessible because of a delivery problem, notify us as soon as possible. We may first offer a corrected file, replacement download, or other reasonable solution. This support process does not remove your right to submit an eligible refund request during the 14-day period.
